Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return any product within 7 days for any reason. If you receive a damaged or expired product, we provide free replacements within the first 7 days. Please take pictures of the faulty products and share your order number to verify the purchase.

To request a refund, please email your order number, product name, original proof of purchase receipt, and the reason for your refund request to zaidhabib82@gmail.com. Our Customer Care team will contact you. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us at 03006394793 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). To process a refund, the purchase must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
